Working House Fire On Lindsey Lot Road
Mon, Sep 18th, 2017 6:41:00 pm - Engine 15-1, Engine 15-2, Squad 15 and Deputy Chief 15 responded to Box Alarm 15-3 to 2347 Lindsey Lot Road for a reported house fire. While units were en route Franklin County Communications advised homeowner advised smoke coming from the roof. Truck 53 was first arriving confirming dispatch with smoke showing. Engine 15-1 arrived on scene and deployed an attack line through the front door. Deputy Chief 15 arrived on scene advising working fire from a single story modular home and established Command. Working fire dispatch was started by communications. Crews were able to locate the fire in a back laundry room and worked to open up the walls/ceilings. Fire was marked under control at 1911hrs by Command. Command 15 held all units on the 1st alarm assignment and returned all companies on the working fire dispatch. Crews had extensive overall operations inside the home. Command 15 reduced the assignment to Company 15 and Truck 53. Remaining units cleared the scene at 2124hrs.
